Below is draft language regarding the Old Town Overlay District.  This language is reflective of discussions in previous Old Town team meetings and covers the changes in setbacks related to contextual standards and historical footprints.  This text will be discussed during the “all teams” meeting on Wednesday.

The following is draft language for a proposed Development Agreement process.  This affects very few people, but there has not been a codified procedure for application and review before now.

Below is draft language for an amendment to parking space dimensions.  Staff is proposing changes to clarify the requirements and to allow more flexibility with the design of parking lots.  This is a relatively minor amendment that will be discussed at Wednesday’s meeting.

The Impervious Cover amendment item is still being deliberated and will not move forward until extensive review of any proposal has been completed.  Ahead of Wednesday’s meeting staff wanted to post both a letter by Task Force member Perry Steger regarding Impervious Cover and some discussion language based on previous team meetings.
